If you are an Informatica Partner, please go to IPN (Informatica Partner Network) to create your account.
Note: Ensure that you use your full name in English, using only ASCII letters (without any diacritics or accents).

Go straight to https://accounts.informatica.com/registration.html
OR follow steps a) to c) below:
a) Go to https://www.informatica.com/
b) Click on LOGIN in the top right corner:
c) Click on SIGN UP next to Don't have an account?

Enter your details including:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email address
- Password of your choosing making sure to follow the password requirements
- Your country
- Your company
Don't forget to agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on CREATE ACCOUNT.
- You should see the following message:
- You will receive an email from
no-reply-loginhelp with the subject line ‘Complete your Informatica Account registration’ with a link to verify your email address:

Click on VERIFY EMAIL to see the following opening in your browser:
- Click on LOG IN NOW to log into your Informatica user account.

- Name
- User email address/email you used for registration:
- Short description of your request/issue
- Screenshot of any error message you encounter
