You might have multiple accounts. Maybe you have moved from one company to another, or simply forgot your previous account info and created a new one. We can merge your accounts and maintain your transcript status'.
Please submit a request via the link to your upper right:
- Provide as much information as you can on each account (name used, email address)
- Include which account should stay active, we will retire the other account(s).
We recommend copying/downloading your transcript record prior to account merge as on some occasions not all records are merged successfully.
