For 1. HTML5 Support and 3. Internet Connection Test:
Make sure you have read and checked our Hardware and Network Requirements & Recommendations.
Using VPN:
- VPNs can limit access and reduce bandwidth, impacting your connectivity test.
- If possible, disable your VPN and connect directly to the internet.
- Retry accessing the URL to establish a successful connection.
Bandwidth too low:
- Switch from wireless to wired connection if bandwidth is insufficient or test the wireless connection speed.
- Wired connections typically offer more stability and greater bandwidth.
For 2. Web Socket Connection Test, if you see the following:

Organizational Network Issues:
- Request whitelisting of the URL by your organization, if feasible.
- For large organizations, we understand this may be challenging. In such cases, try using a personal device or another network, such as your home office network.
Note: Be mindful that VPN connections can be restrictive. Disconnecting from VPN and reconnecting directly to the internet often helps resolve these issues.
