Purchase Order/PAL Payment Requirements

To pay for training or certification via Purchase Order or PAL:

1. Request pricing, before submitting a Purchase Order.


2. Payment terms: Net 30 days
   Any request for alternative payment terms require additional review and will delay access to training or certification.


3. Use the correct billing entity based on:
   
   • Online/Virtual (live Instructor Led class and self-paced onDemand training, Certifications and Subscriptions),
     select country aligning to student's billing location.
   
   
   • In-Classroom live Instructor Led training (private onsite or public),
     select country equal to the one the class will be delivered in.


4. Send Purchase Order at least 10 business days before the class start date to [e-mail] or via the ticket raised when requesting pricing.
