What do I need to know when purchasing the test?

• No cash refunds are granted.
• Your receipt is the email purchase confirmation you receive.
• You can access and take the test immediately, or wait up to 90 days to take it. (Both attempts must be completed within 90 days)
• Once you begin your test session, you must complete the test within one session, there is no save/return later option.
• Before launching your test ensure you are connected to a reliable internet source. Any disconnection and/or interruption will result in your test being failed if you have not submitted enough correct answers by the time of disconnection.
