These instructions refer to accessing and downloading/printing the course completion certificate for Instructor Led Live training.

Good to know
Please be aware that for live training completion certificates will only be available:
- Once the class is over
- You have been marked as attended and
- The class has been marked as completed by the Informatica University team
To access and download/print your course completion certificate (3 steps):
1. Log in to your Informatica Account
or, click here, and log in with your Informatica Account credentials.
2. Two options to access:
a) On your Learner Home Page click on 'Completions' to the left of your search bar.
This will immediately direct you to your completed training and certification page.
b) Alternatively,
- Click on the menu (3 horizontal bars in the top right corner).
Select 'My Training' and then 'View Your Training Transcript':
- Change the 'Training Status 'dropdown from 'Active' to 'Completed' to view your completed training and certifications:
3. In the Action menu to the right of your completed course title select 'View Certificate':
4. Your live Instructor Led course completion certificate will open in a separate window
where you will be able to download, print or save it.
Can't see your live instructor led class under Training Status 'Completed'?
If you have followed the above steps and see that your class is still showing under 'Active' and not yet 'Completed' Training Status:
- If the status of the class is showing as 'Pending Evaluation',
simply click on 'Evaluate',
provide your feedback and your course completion certificate will be generated instantly:
- If status of the class is showing as 'Registered' and the last day of class has passed, please wait a few days for status updates, as classes are typically marked completed the week after they end.
If it still hasn't been updated, reach out to us with your name and details of the class attended (title, dates).
