There are several reasons your training module may not update to "complete".
- Some of our older courses available to you require that every slide be touched and all quizzes be completed. If any are missed, the course will not complete.
- To reach 100% completion status in your curriculum you may need to navigate to your lab section and activate, launch and/or mark complete the components within.
- It is also possible for your training to "time-out" if the window is left open with no activity.
