1. MasterPass and IDMC subscription users
As part of your MasterPass subscription, you can choose from any two (2) certification exams per subscription period.
IDMC subscription users can choose any two (2) IDMC certification exams per subscription period.
A) If your IDMC or MasterPass subscription started BEFORE 28th March 2024:
Once you receive your subscription confirmation email, two (2) codes with registration instructions will be sent to you within two (2) business days.
Codes missing? Simply reply to your subscription confirmation email to let us know.
After registering for the exam of your choice, you can access it immediately or within 90 days by following these steps.
Please ensure you are familiar with our certification program's expectations and FAQs to have the best chance of passing your exam.
Unsure when your MasterPass or IDMC subscription started? Look for your subscription confirmation email with the subject line 'Subscription confirmed:'.
The date on the confirmation email aligns with your subscription start date.
B) If your IDMC or MasterPass subscription started ON or AFTER 28th March 2024:

When you are ready for your certification exam, simply click HERE to contact us, and we will assist you with processing your registration.
IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) subscription users:

2. 365University subscription users
The certification exams included in your subscription are available within the subscription certification item on your training transcript.
To activate and access your certification exams go to your training transcript and open this item with the stacked books icon:
Choose the certification exam you wish to take on the left and click ACTIVATE next to it:
! Make sure you only activate your exam if you are ready to take it immediately or within the next 90 days
After activation, you can launch your test. It is available for 90 days or until your subscription expires (whichever comes first).
